Easter weekend provides first glimpse of $130 million development at Portarlington
Leading developer Urban Pacific Limited will offer a sneak preview of its $130 million Arlington Rise development at Portarlington over the Easter weekend.
On the northern tip of The Bellarine and only 25 minutes drive south east of Geelong, Arlington Rise will be a 300+ lot masterplanned housing development offering traditional blocks complemented by a mixture of medium density and townhouse allotments.
The development includes approximately two hectares of wetlands and parklands and is only a few minutes walk to Portarlington’s main street, beach and pier.
The State Government this week approved the rezoning of the site, paving the way for construction to begin within months.
Urban Pacific’s Project Director, Mr Nicholas Stabb, said the project expanded the company’s portfolio in one of Victoria’s fastest growing areas.
“Urban Pacific now has two projects on The Bellarine and we see a bright future in what is viewed as an exciting and growing area of Victoria,” Mr Stabb said.
“Arlington Rise is in a great location with spectacular views and easy access to surf beaches, wineries and other attractions.”
Lot sizes in the first stage of 39 homesites range from 409sqm to 641sqm.
Arlington Rise is located on the corner of Sproat Street and Tower Road. An on-site Sales & Information Centre will be open between 11am and 5pm on March 22 and 23.
