River Links' Set For Final Land Release
The last canal front and absolute riverfront land at River Links is set to be snapped up by buyers in the coming weeks if previous River Links sales are anything to go by.
Buyers bought into the last release of River Links, The Peninsula, purchasing 10 north-facing Modern Waterfront homesites, valued at a total of $5.4 million, in just two days and the release of the final south-facing canal lots and north-facing absolute riverfront lots has been heavily anticipated.
Urban Pacific General Manager, Rick McLaren said the scarcity of waterfront land at affordable prices have been the motivators for purchasers at River Links who have bought up more than 90 percent of the 500 lot canal development since it launched 6 years ago.
Confirming the strong demand for north Gold Coast waterfront projects, River Links has sold over 460 blocks valued at around $192 million.
